Please be advised that we do have cut off times for UK next day delivery. If your order is placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday or 2pm on Friday, your order should be delivered on the next working day. We do not operate over all major UK bank holidays, so please allow the extra day for your delivery to arrive.
Tracking your parcel
You should receive a dispatch e-mail the day before delivery which will contain a tracking number. This number will be effective from the start of the delivery date. You should be able to see where your parcel is by entering your tracking number into the Parcel Force website by clicking here. You may also be able to see who your courier driver is and an estimated hour slot of delivery.
If you have inputted a mobile phone number with your order, you should also receive an SMS on the day of delivery with an estimated time slot.
