We take great care in ensuring all items available are made to the highest quality however, in some situations you may have ordered something in error, changed your mind or not be fully satisfied with your purchase. It is because of situations of this nature that we have decided to offer a 365-day exchange policy to all our customers.
Similar to our 14 day change of mind policy, you’re required to return your unwanted items to us:
- Provided the item(s) have not been installed
- With original complete packaging, parts and instructions
- Within 14 day of the exchange being agreed
You may also be required to provide us with your proof of purchase to validate the exchange. Pebble Grey reserve the right to refuse exchange if the criteria is not fully met.
All items must be returned in original condition which includes the original packaging, parts & documentation (if any) within 365 days of purchase date. Once your item has been returned our team of experts will inspect the item to ensure no damage has been caused during transit to us, once completed we will contact you to discuss which product(s) you wish to exchange to.
Obligations
If you are in possession of the item in question it is your sole responsibility to take reasonable care of it.
The goods must be sent back to us in a resalable condition at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or faulty) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Partial refunds
In the event the item you’re exchanging to is lesser to what you originally paid Pebble Gey ltd will refund the difference back to your original payment method.
In the event that the item you’re exchanging to is of a greater amount than what you originally paid we will require you to make an additional payment with our sales team before the item can be dispatched.
Guarantee
Your Guarantee commences on the date your original item was delivered to you, you’re guarantee will not refresh should an exchange take place.
