If your order has not been dispatched we will attempt to cancel your order and refund you the same day if payment has been taken. Please note that all refunds will usually take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.
If your order has already been dispatched we will advise that you refuse the delivery, enabling the parcel to be returned to us. Once the parcel is back with us, we will be able to issue a refund.
