We understand that from time to time products can develop faults, to ensure that you receive the best level of service we ask that you complete our returns form located in the footer of the website and from there you will be able to select weather you require a refund or an exchange.
To warrant any form of return you will be required to upload images of the fault/ damage for our records. If this is not done we may refuse the return.
Provided you're within the first 30 days of your delivery taking place you will be eligible for a full refund should the item arrive faulty or develop a fault, after this time you will only be entitled to a replacement. Should a replacement not be available we will do our best to supply any spare parts or exchange to the next available item.
